AMSOIL INC.--Simply Explained.

AMSOIL INC. opened for business in 1972. It's founder, Al Amatuzio, had been a U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel and jet fighter pilot.

He marveled at how well synthetic oils performed in aircraft, deciding to develop similar oils for ground use after retiring from the military.

He did just that, being the first to create and sell synthetic oils and lubricants for ground uses. He and his company were product category creators, and AMSOIL continues to develop innovative new products constantly.

Everyone he knew thought that Al was chasing the impossible dream. As a true entrepreneur, he ignored critics and skeptics-- and just kept going straight ahead.

Al turned his dream into an overwhelming success, showing that the American Dream is still true and available to anyone who tries, including an ambitious young man from an Italian-American immigrant family.

Now, thirty years later, Al remains Founder, President and CEO of AMSOIL INC. Al, seated, is shown with his Senior Executive Team, Alan Amatuzio (left), and Dean Alexander (right), both Executive Vice Presidents of AMSOIL INC.

AMSOIL's attractive corporate headquarters building in Superior, Wisconsin is shown below. This building was restored fully by AMSOIL INC.

In 2004, AMSOIL INC. purchased a large warehouse facility in Superior, Wisconsin with 374,000 square feet and located on a 55 acre tract of land.

Another warehouse of a similar size can be built on this property, as company growth may require in the future.

AMSOIL's founder, people, growth, success and category creating products speak volumes for themselves.
